I am a super big fan of ice coffee, and with a warm bank weekend coming up, I thought I’d share the recipe with fellow-coffee-lovers.
It’s important to note that I am very picky when it comes to getting just the right taste. I find that very few coffee places makes an ice coffee, which is actually tasty with a good round coffee taste. I often end up making it myself from home, and bring it out with me.
This recipe is quick and easy, and you can adjust ingredients according to your preferences.
1 tsp of instant coffee (or espresso)
2 tsp of sugar
2-3 tbsp of boiling water
2-3 dl of milk (can also be soy milk, almond milk etc.)
Put instant coffee and sugar in a glass and add the boiling water. Mix everything until it becomes bubbly and gets a light brown colour. Add the milk and the ice cubes and you’re good to go.
